The Quality control Clerk verifying data into database systems and creates reports based on the information given. Their main responsibilities include updating the company database, digitizing and quality checking inspection reports and delivering to customers on a timely basis. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities
- Collect and modify inaccurate report information through quality assurance.
- Obtain further information for incomplete reports and check completed work for accuracy.
- Provide customer service support and regular updates to clients and inspectors.
- Receive incoming requests for immediate service.
- Address and resolve dealer and inspector concerns.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Bill reports utilizing QuickBooks and collects outstanding invoices.

Job Description:
As an Auto 6% Prior Wreck Damage Inspector, you will be a part of a growing automobile inspection company. You must have the automotive aptitude to perform accurate vehicle inspections, detect signs of damage and accurately report your findings. All inspections are performed using a mobile device equipped with proprietary inspection software. Inspections are performed in compliance with New Mexico State (NMAC 12.2.14) required inspection guidelines. This position requires travel. Inspectors report directly to the Director of NMDSS Operations and Chief Operations Officer.
Responsibilities
- Travel to and from dealerships to perform inspections.
- Verify vehicle identification and inspect vehicle equipment and options.
- On occasion must place vehicles on ramps or lifts (2 or 4 posts) to further inspect the frame and note damage.
- Produce complete and consistent inspections to meet NM State requirements utilizing mobile device and software.
- Provide customer service and regular updates to clients and team members.
- Receive and perform incoming requests for immediate inspection service.
- Build relationships with dealer clients to ensure retention.
- Support collaboration with NMIADA in compliance for our dealers pertaining to inspections.

MVD Division Manager
Job Description:
The MVD Division Supervisor/Manager shall process title and registrations through NM Tapestry System, plan, prioritize and monitor work to meet commitments aligned with our organizational goals and client expectations. Oversee title clerk agents in office. You will work in a team setting and must be open to learning new processes. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise title clerks and administrative staff.
- Ensure all title clerk agents are current with required education and any certifications such as VIN Credentials and Notary Commission.
- Responsible for managing outer office and working alongside COO for any needs.
- Process all new/used title transfers using MVD provided systems and equipment, per MVD regulations.
- All title transfers must be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving. Any outstanding title transfers over 48 hours must be communicated to the Operations Director.
- Process all in-state and out-of-state duplicate titles.
- Assist processing out-of-state title transfers as needed.
- Assist with franchise store titling as needed.
- Review and resolve MVD rejections.
- Create invoices for customers for transactions processed.
- Process any other title and registrations.
- Assist dealers, customers with title questions and address concerns.
- Ensure that all policies and regulations are followed to NM State standards.
- Experience with out of state title and registrations.
- Willing to work overtime when required.

- Organize and stock kitchen/lunchroom.
- Make copies, print, scan, and fax documents as needed.
